Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Manage night audit procedures accurately, ensuring financial reports are reconciled.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with day staff to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of public areas during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel night audit or supervisory role.
- Strong computer proficiency (PMS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a quiet environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
