Responsibilities
- Manage all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring a seamless guest experience around the clock.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and safety inspections of the property to maintain a secure environment.
- Perform nightly audits, including posting charges, balancing accounts, and preparing daily revenue reports.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in-person during the overnight hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, adhering to strict hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure a smooth transition of duties and information.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to company policies and fraud prevention measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license may be required for security patrol duties.
