Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Process nightly financial transactions and ensure accurate balancing of the daily report.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor the hotel premises for security and safety, conducting regular patrols as required.
- Coordinate with morning staff to ensure a smooth handover of guest information and room status.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest services is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
