Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle emergency requests and security incidents with calm professionalism
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct property security rounds
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone/email/social media 24/7
- Prepare night audit reports and daily operational summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills for emergency situations
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for property patrols)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
