Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional 24/7 guest service via phone, in-person, and digital channels
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for overnight needs
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Conduct nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and guest communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM), weekends & holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish fluency highly valued in our diverse community
