Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage guest folios
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for errands if needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
