Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight operations including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless transition of responsibilities
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for overnight guests
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with payment systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
