- Provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain our 5-star reputation
- Perform nightly audits and financial transactions with precision
- Prepare reports for management on overnight activities and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid DC security clearance or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
