Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols promptly
- Manage night audit procedures and financial reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare breakfast service areas and amenities for morning operations
- Document all guest interactions and operational incidents accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (required for airport runs)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
