Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent guest requests
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and guest records
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare shift reports and communicate critical information to day staff
- Ensure all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality or food handler certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
