Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency incidents promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with discretion
- Perform nightly reconciliation of front desk transactions and reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
