Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests overnight
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports
- Perform nightly audits and operational readiness checks
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS systems knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
