- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor property security systems and respond to guest safety concerns promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage reservation systems and handle billing inquiries with precision
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with emergency protocols and evacuation procedures when necessary
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
