Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Respond to 24/7 guest inquiries and service requests
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols
- Perform nightly room inspections and maintenance coordination
- Handle cash operations and POS transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication in English
