Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas and guest rooms
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and facility status
- Prepare reports for management regarding overnight activities and concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or customer service role
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
