Responsibilities
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures during overnight hours with exceptional customer service
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct security patrols and access control to maintain property safety
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and communication devices
- Document all incidents and activities according to hotel protocols
- Prepare end-of-shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
