- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Perform nightly room inspections and report maintenance issues to engineering team
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Operate front desk software and manage reservation systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
