Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key issuance.
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and perform accurate nightly financial audits.
- Ensure the security and safety of the hotel property and guests during late hours.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly and professionally.
- Perform nightly reports and submit them to the General Manager for review.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a seamless transition of guest information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or night auditing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
