Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance with check-ins, special requests, and local recommendations
- Coordinate with security team for overnight property safety and access control
- Manage VIP guest arrivals and personalized service requests during evening hours
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial documentation
- Resolve guest complaints promptly with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
