Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
- Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Perform nightly financial reconciliations and audit front desk transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and room issues.
- Manage inventory levels for the night shift and ensure supply availability.
- Resolve guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or night auditing.
- Strong proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
