Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, check-ins, and check-outs during evening and night shifts.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and property throughout the night.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance inspections to maintain our premium standards.
- Manage financial transactions, including night audit duties and cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for late-night travelers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk management or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience working in night shifts or rotating schedules.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.
