Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight front desk, housekeeping, and security operations
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training for night shift team
- Handle guest complaints and VIP requests with discretion and efficiency
- Implement and audit safety/security protocols for 24-hour facility access
- Coordinate maintenance emergencies and vendor services during off-hours
- Generate nightly reports and communicate operational insights to day management
- Ensure brand compliance across all guest touchpoints during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proven ability to manage multi-departmental overnight operations
- Expert crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Cloudbeds preferred)
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler certification
- Strong analytical skills with experience in overnight revenue optimization
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-shift handover processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
