Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 8-10 night shift associates including front desk, security, and housekeeping teams
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and resolve escalated service issues during overnight hours
- Oversee property security, emergency procedures, and incident documentation
- Conduct nightly audits of departmental operations and financial transactions
- Coordinate maintenance requests and facility inspections during low-occupancy periods
- Manage inventory control for night supplies and amenities
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports for day management team
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience with proven night shift leadership
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Wisconsin hospitality certification or equivalent industry credential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- Advanced knowledge of hotel safety and ADA compliance standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
