Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Complete nightly audit and reporting tasks
- Ensure all public areas are safe and well-maintained
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if driving required)
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
