Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Perform nightly facility inspections and maintenance coordination
- Manage inventory and restock public areas for next-day operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with day shift staff for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
