Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and room service coordination
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations with composure
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless transition of operations and information
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
