Responsibilities
- Monitor the property’s security using CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance with speed and accuracy.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person promptly.
- Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance of the lobby, front desk, and public areas.
- Handle wake-up calls and coordinate seamlessly with the morning housekeeping team.
- Secure the building by locking exterior doors and arming the alarm system at the end of the shift.
- Balance the night audit and prepare daily financial reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, POS software, and hotel management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
