Responsibilities
- Conduct Nightly Audits: Accurately process financial transactions and complete end-of-day hotel audits.
- Guest Relations: Welcome late arrivals, manage check-ins, and assist guests with inquiries or requests during off-peak hours.
- Security Oversight: Monitor hotel premises, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations and ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine checks of public areas to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
