Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins/outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare daily reports
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
