Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for late-arriving guests with efficiency and a warm smile.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular rounds to ensure guest safety and property integrity throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to in-house guest requests, including wake-up calls, maintenance issues, and information inquiries.
- Handle phone lines and email correspondence professionally, acting as the primary point of contact for the property after hours.
- Assist in restocking amenities and maintaining a pristine lobby and common areas during downtime.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with valid identification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or security is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift.
