Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during overnight hours.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol hotel premises to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas, lobby, and restrooms.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
