Responsibilities
- Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff during the night.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation, restocking amenities, and ensuring common areas are tidy.
- Concierge Services: Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options to guests.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and minor maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- General Operations: Perform light cleaning duties in the lobby and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the night.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
