Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas during the night shift.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked, sanitized, and ready for the next day's guests.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture to high standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or maintenance issues reported during the night hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the hotel management.
- Secure the property by checking doors, windows, and fire exits before leaving the premises.
- Fold linens and prepare laundry for the day shift team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
