Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
- Complete accurate shift reports and financial transactions using our property management system
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and operational standards
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills a plus
