Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for late-night arrivals with efficiency and warmth.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor security systems and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms during the quiet hours.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare accurate end-of-shift reports.
- Perform light maintenance duties and restock amenities as needed.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure a seamless transition of guest information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
