Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas during the night shift.
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols and procedures.
- Assist with light laundry duties and folding of linens.
- Ensure guest privacy and security while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not always required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for logging room status.
