Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet brand standards
- Handle laundry operations including washing, drying, and pressing
- Report maintenance issues and follow preventive protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and room status
- Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with security and front desk teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
