- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities and ensure all rooms meet luxury standards
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently
- Handle deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy hours
- Report maintenance issues promptly to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with night security and front desk teams
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and repetitive tasks
