Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas using advanced techniques and eco-friendly products
- Operate commercial-grade equipment including floor buffers, extractors, and high-efficiency vacuums
- Execute deep cleaning protocols in vacant rooms including mattress sanitization and detail dusting
- Manage inventory and restock supplies efficiently to minimize disruptions
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling chemicals and operating equipment
- Document maintenance issues and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Collaborate with security team for key control and access procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
- Basic knowledge of OSHA chemical handling standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
