Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Operate commercial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.) efficiently
- Handle guest requests with professionalism during overnight hours
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Collaborate with security team for building access protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Background check and drug screen required
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products preferred
