Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors warmly and professionally, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Operations: Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and general office administration duties.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues immediately and seek solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
