Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas following established protocols
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Address special guest requests promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company hygiene policies
- Coordinate with security team during overnight operations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
