Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Maintain pristine conditions in public areas, lobbies, and high-traffic zones
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to management promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Collaborate with overnight security and engineering teams
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards
- Attention to detail and time management excellence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
