Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine condition.
- Change bed linens, replace guest amenities, and restock supplies according to established standards.
- Empty trash bins and sanitize restrooms and public spaces regularly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning chemical handling procedures.
- Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
- Fluency in English (Bilingual skills are a plus).
