The Riverside Suites & Spa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our night shift operations. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional guest experience, and our housekeeping team is the backbone of that commitment. As a Night Shift Housekeeper, you will ensure our guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces are immaculate, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests upon their arrival.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Make beds to hotel standards, ensuring linens are crisp and fresh.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels to guest expectations.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the property.
- Must be 18 years or older.
