Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to luxury standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the maintenance team.
- Organize and stock housekeeping carts and storage areas efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with residents and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
