Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and furniture is arranged perfectly.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, coffee, and towels.
- Remove trash and replace trash bags in designated areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Maintenance or Manager immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored securely and used efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work a night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
