Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure bathrooms are fully stocked with amenities.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and established cleaning protocols.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming at all times.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts and nights.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
