Responsibilities
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet our strict hygiene standards.
- Room Preparation: Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are stocked and ready for the next day's guests.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the engineering department.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to night security protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies and linens.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects; stand and walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization is essential.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
