Responsibilities
- Execute Thorough Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to the highest standard of hygiene and aesthetic appeal.
- Restock Amenities: Regularly replenish toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team immediately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning chemicals and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all property security protocols and access control procedures during the night shift.
- Sanitation Standards: Strictly follow health and safety regulations and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred; we provide training for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to maintaining our luxury standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the management team and residents (if necessary).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently during night hours.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
